Leonard brings more than 19 years of progressively responsible experience leading healthcare information technology — including a decade as a Chief Technology Officer inside Federally Qualified Health Centers and Management Services Organizations.

He's guided organizations through IT strategy, budgeting, and the launch of health-technology initiatives in demanding clinical and financial environments — and built the business continuity and disaster recovery plans that keep care running when systems are tested. His work spans networking, cloud, security, EHR, data governance, and AI.
